Article 1: Duration
The sponsorship is entered into for a duration of one year unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.

Article 2: Sponsorship
The sponsor commits to fulfilling the indicated sponsorship. This may involve a one-time or annual donation.

Article 3: Payment
Payment of the donation must be made through the payment form on the website.

​

Article 4: Presentation
During the sponsorship period, GUIRACING will endeavor to fulfill the agreed obligations.

​

Article 5: Representation
Both parties will appoint a representative who will act as the contact person concerning compliance with this agreement. The representative from the association can be reached at gersonpape@gmail.com.

Article 6: Non-transferability
Neither GUIRACING nor the sponsor is allowed to transfer their rights under the agreement, in whole or in part, to third parties without prior written consent from the other party.

Article 7: Expiration of Sponsorship
The sponsorship will automatically terminate after the agreed period without requiring any notice of termination. The sponsor will be approached after the agreed period to renew the sponsorship. The sponsor is free to decide whether or not to renew.

Article 8: Immediate Termination
The sponsorship also terminates immediately, without requiring notice, if one of the parties is declared bankrupt, files for suspension of payments, or is dissolved or liquidated. GUIRACING reserves the right to terminate the agreement prematurely if the sponsor seriously damages the interests or reputation of GUIRACING. In the event of premature termination as mentioned in this article, no refunds of sponsorship amounts will take place.

 

Article 9: Liability
GUIRACING is not liable in any way for direct or indirect damage suffered or to be suffered by the sponsor, of any size, form, or cause, insofar as the damage exceeds the sponsored annual amount.

 

Article 10: Governance Influence
The sponsor shall not have any influence on the decision-making processes of the association or foundation.

Article 11: Final Provision
In the event of disputes in situations not covered by this agreement, the parties will seek a solution in mutual consultation and in line with the objectives of GUIRACING.
